Our Story

Wellness is better when shared.

The best opportunities often begin with a conversation. Balanced Social was created around that simple belief — that moving well, slowing down and meeting good people belong together.

Every gathering is thoughtfully curated. Beautiful venues. Calm energy. No pressure. Our guests arrive as strangers and leave mid-conversation, planning the next one.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter.

Good to Know

Questions, answered.

Do I need to be experienced to join?

Not at all. Every session is all-levels and beginner-friendly — our instructors offer modifications so you can move at your own pace.

Can I come on my own?

Most of our guests do. Every gathering is designed to feel warm from the moment you arrive — you'll leave having met a few good people.

What happens if it rains?

Every outdoor gathering has a beautiful indoor backup. If the forecast turns, we move — same time, same feeling — and email you the updated location in advance.

What's included?

It varies by experience, but typically your place, any equipment (like mats), and the food or drinks listed on the event. Everything you need is in your confirmation email.

What's your refund policy?

Places are limited, so we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to offer a credit toward a future gathering. Reach out any time and we'll take care of it.
